Purpose of Position

The position holder will oversee various areas within the Corporate Accounting function within the Finance team of behalf of the Pantheon Group. This role is critical to the integrity and efficiency of our global accounting operations, with a particular emphasis on U.S. GAAP application, internal controls, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will demonstrate exceptional process proficiency and a highly organized approach to managing complex workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability across all aspects of the accounting function.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting, a deep understanding of private equity structures, practices, and areas of audit focus, a sharp control eye, a mastery of effective and efficient end-to-end processes, and a proactive approach to financial analysis and compliance. Expected base salary range:  $135,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications. 

In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
