Job Description:

This position reports to the Corporate Controller.  The individual will support the accounting for corporate headquarters and all shared corporate functions.  The main responsibilities will include HQ accounting, internal compliance, and consolidated reporting and managing the annual audit.  This positions will manage at least one analyst and our accounts will be receivable by analyst.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, consolidate, analyze and distribute periodic financial and performance reporting.
  2. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual corporate financial requirements in accordance with current accounting standards.
  3. Review and monitor compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  4. Conduct and assist with special projects as required
  5. Research impact of changing accounting standards on the financial statements.  Assist in the implementation of these changes.
  6. Ensure intercompany positions are in balance
  7. Assist in creating/improving new systems and processes
  8. Coordinate financial audits and liaison with external auditors
  9. Perform planning & testing of internal controls through internal audits
  10. Supervise accounts receivable and manage customer credit risk
  11. Finance administers for financial systems – Blackline, HFM, Oracle

Supervisory Responsibilities: Minimum 2 individuals
