We provide investor opportunities, hotel development, management services, and meaningful career growth for our team members.We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys both transactional accounting and exposure to broader corporate accounting functions.What You’ll DoThis role will start with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (approximately 70%), while also supporting key corporate accounting functions including intercompany transactions and month-end close.Core Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage intercompany transactions and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Maintain and reconcile corporate AR accounts
- Assist with financial audits, working closely with external auditors
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency
- Perform additional accounting duties as needed
- Quickly becomes a reliable owner of AP/AR processes
- Processes invoices and intercompany transactions with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Builds strong working knowledge of internal systems and workflows
- Contributes to a smooth and timely close process
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organization in a high-volume environment
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with reconciliations and general ledger accounting
- Solid understanding of accrual accounting principles and GAAP fundamentals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with M3 (hotel accounting system)
- Experience with intercompany accounting
- Multi-entity accounting experience
- Background in hospitality or similar multi-location industries
