About the Opportunity
Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed manufacturing company looking to add a Corporate Accountant (Staff / Senior level) to their team. This is a high-impact role within a lean, collaborative accounting group, offering direct visibility to both the Controller and CFO.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain and manage general ledger activity
- Assist with inventory, cost, and operational accounting
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Support sales & use tax filings (light exposure)
- Analyze financial data and assist with process improvements
- Contribute to a scalable accounting function in a multi-location environment
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2–10 years of accounting experience
- Strong grasp of core accounting fundamentals
- Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite is a plus)
- Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting exposure is helpful but not required
- Someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
