As a Controllership Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial reporting and controllership functions within our finance team. You will ensure accurate and timely financial data management, compliance with accounting policies, and contribute to the efficiency of financial close processes.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and integrity of financial information that supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the financial close process by coordinating with various departments to gather and validate financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and regional finance to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards relevant to controllership functions.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools to support accurate and timely reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and internal controls in financial operations.

- Experience in financial reporting or controllership roles within a corporate environment.
