Seeking a FULL TIME Controller

Department:                Accounting          

Reports to:                  President/Vice President

Position Summary: The Controller is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department which includes, but is not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany billing, payroll, bank reconciliation, monthly accruals, general ledger adjustments/maintenance, project cost tracking, forecasting and business plan development. The Controller provides oversight and supervision of the accounting team.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required, Masters degree or CPA preferred.

Experience: Five to seven years experience in accounting/finance, preferably in health care. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience with financial software required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization. Ability to create and present effective presentations. Strong attention to detail. Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
