What You’ll Do
Lead Financial Operations
- Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple business entities
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
Drive Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Monitor organizational cash flow and support financial decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights that support business growth and operational strategy
Partner with Executive Leadership
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on financial performance initiatives
- Support operational improvements and process optimization across the organization
- Assist with strategic planning and business performance analysis
Strengthen Processes & Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Coordinate insurance administration and related financial activities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and workflow effectiveness

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5–10 years of accounting or finance leadership experience
- Strong QuickBooks experience required
- Experience managing multiple entities or closely held businesses preferred
- Commercial real estate accounting experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
