HR Administrative Payroll Associate
Location: Lodi, CA
We are seeking a meticulous and organized HR Administrative Payroll Associate to join our team in Lodi, CA. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as providing essential administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage employee data within the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, and changes to personal information.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and files.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and reconciliation.
- Prepare HR reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll and labor laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll best practices and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
