Our client is a growing, privately held, middle‑market organization seeking a Financial Controller to play a critical leadership role in financial management, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a hands‑on, full time onsite opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys working in a dynamic, high‑volume environment and partnering closely with executive and operational leadership.

The Financial Controller will oversee accounting and financial operations, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and help strengthen processes and controls as the organization continues to grow. This role leads a small accounting team and serves as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and reporting to the CFO.

This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic, stable, and growing organization in Southeast Michigan. We are seeking a finance leader who enjoys working across multiple layers of the business, contributing not only through financial expertise, but also as a hands‑on partner to executive and operational leadership.
