Oversee:
- Inventory System
- Purchase Order System
- Job Estimates and Invoicing
Negotiate office equipment purchasing
Insight on company policy and procedures
Collaborate with outside vendors and internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Some experience working in manufacturing preferred
- Accounts Receivable - Aging and Collection
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Checking Account Reconciliation
- Line of Credit Payments and Management
- Small Business Loan Payments and Management
- Monthly P & L reports for bank
- Quarterly/End of year reports for accountants
- Federal, State and City Taxes
- Sales Tax
- Unemployment Tax
