Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Location

This is an on-site role based in Hanover, PA, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, along with proven Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting leadership experience.

Job Description

• Manage the company's accounting and finance functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operational reports
• Oversee general ledger, account reconciliations, AR, AP, invoicing, expense reports, and proper transaction coding
• Monitor cash flow, banking activity, AR aging, customer credit, vendor relationships, and payment processes
• Ensure revenue recognition, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and adherence to company procedures
• Partner with senior leadership, the CFO, and corporate accounting to provide financial insight and support business decisions
• Assist with ERP and accounting system maintenance, process improvements, and reporting efficiencies
• Coordinate tax reporting with outside consultants and support year-end audit procedures
• Manage fixed assets, financial records, and key accounting documentation
• Lead, support, and develop a team-first, continuous improvement focused accounting function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or similar senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, AR, AP, and general ledger management
• Experience leading accounting operations in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, service, equipment, or similar business environment preferred
• ERP or financial management software experience required, Epicor 21 experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
