Are you a Controller with meaningful multi-client accounting experience – either in outsourced accounting or as an auditor? This role was built for you.

Driven Insights is hiring a Controller to join our team. This is not your typical in-house Controller role.

Our Controllers partner with multiple growing clients in parallel, taking ownership of the entire accounting cycle while helping client leadership teams gain clarity around their firm’s financial picture. This role goes beyond producing financials. It requires a strong leadership mindset, including mentoring your accounting team, managing client relationships, driving accountability and helping businesses make informed decisions through accurate, actionable financial insights.

We’re specifically seeking a Controller with experience in outsourced accounting audit, or other multi-client accounting environments.

What we’re looking for: • 3–5+ years of Controller experience • Multi-client accounting experience required

• Deep experience implementing and overseeing complex accounting tech stacks• Robust GAAP and technical accounting experience • Strong leadership mindset with experience mentoring and inspiring accounting teams • CPA strongly preferred
