Position Summary
The Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, payroll, human resources, and administrative operations of the organization. This position serves as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Department heads by providing accurate financial reporting, budget oversight, forecasting, internal controls, and operational analysis.
The Controller ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while safeguarding club assets, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting the organizations’s long-term financial goals. This role also oversees payroll administration, employee benefits, risk management, and personnel-related recordkeeping and compliance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
