10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant experience in a Controller or senior finance leadership capacity.
-
Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP, financial reporting, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance.

Strong systems and process orientation with experience improving financial infrastructure and controls.
-
Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
-
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and external stakeholders.
