Pay: $120,000 - $155,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Location: Aumsville, OR

Company Overview:
GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a locally owned and operated modular construction company 20 minutes outside of Salem, OR. This position is responsible for leading the accounting operations and serve as a key financial partner to leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.

• Deliver accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee audits.

• Oversee job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.

• Analyze production costs, labor, and margins.

• Partner with operations to improve cost visibility and pricing decisions.

• Lead budgeting processes.

• Provide variance analysis and financial modeling.

• Maintain internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and lenders.

• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

• Develop and lead the accounting team (AP/AR).

• Drive system improvements, process efficiency, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or CMA preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including accounting leadership.

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries.

• Strong background in job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.
