Part-time Controller (6-Month Assignment/25 hours weekly)

We are seeking an in-office, Part-time Controller to join our team in our Raleigh, NC Corporate Office.

Grow Early Learning is seeking an experienced Controller to support our team on a 6‑month assignment. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional who enjoys leading financial operations in a mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Monitor departmental budgets, expenditures, and revenues
• Ensure accurate coding, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Provide clear financial insights to leadership and departments

What You Bring

• Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience
• Knowledge of accounting processes, controls, and federal regulations
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
• 3-5 years of accounting experience

Hourly Rate:

• $50 per hour

This is a temporary position and there are no company leave or retirement benefits offered with this position.
