Controller Construction Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Controller-level Accounting professional to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and core accounting functions. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, the ability to work independently, and a track record of delivering accurate, timely financial reporting. Sage 100 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Controller-level or senior accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven month-end close and reconciliation experience
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Sage 100 experience preferred
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments a plus
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• This could also be a part-time, and part-remote. The remote would only start after the person has trained for 60-90 days
