Description

Big Bend Hospice is seeking a strategic and experienced Controller to provide leadership and oversight of all core accounting functions. Reporting directly to the CFO and serving as a key member of the Operational Leadership Team, this role ensures the integrity of financial operations while supporting the organization’s mission-driven work in hospice care.

The Controller will oversee all areas of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, cash forecasting, fund accounting, trust reconciliation, debt activity, and revenue oversight. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting organizational decision-making, and driving process improvements across the finance function.
