Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring a Contracts Procurement Agent to join our Systems Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington.The Contracts Procurement Agent plays a pivotal role in managing, integrating, and improving Boeing's supply chain. As a Contracts Procurement Agent, your responsibilities will focus on contract strategy, negotiation, and supplier selection.  This role requires contracting knowledge, negotiating, and carrying out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the suppliers and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.Position Responsibilities:Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreementsCommunicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performanceSupports sourcing strategies, negotiations, contract enforcement, and documenting of contracts and agreementsIntegrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategiesConducts risk, issues and opportunities managementInitiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategiesEnsures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsPrepares and executes proprietary information agreementsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain processes3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partnersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 3: 5+ years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain processes3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, specifically drafting documents in Word, manipulating data in Excel, and creating presentations in PowerPointMust be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10%)Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
