As a Consulting CFO, You Will:

• Engage with Executives: Be a trusted advisor, leading strategic conversations on financial planning, M&A opportunities, and business growth strategies.
• Transform Client Businesses: Deliver innovative solutions that improve profitability, streamline operations, and position clients for long-term success.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Guide and develop the careers of vcfo controllers, assistant controllers, and other team members while contributing to the growth of our internal practice.
• Work Across Industries: Each day, you’ll navigate unique challenges across multiple sectors, building a portfolio that keeps you learning and growing.
• Build Relationships: Grow your network with C-level executives, and help lead business development and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of finance & accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
• Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable building rapport with clients and executives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling—you know the ins and outs of the financial world.
• Strong knowledge of merger and acquisition activities, debt negotiation, and financial systems.
• A natural leader, you’ll mentor others and contribute to team and business development.
