The Opportunity8020 Consulting is seeking a strong Accounting Professional (Manager or above) to join our growing Los Angeles Team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines deep accounting expertise with construction industry experience and strong systems, ERP, and implementation capabilities.
As a full-time consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, private equity sponsors, and executive leadership teams, helping clients solve complex accounting, finance, and operational challenges.
The ideal candidate is someone who can step into an organization, quickly understand its accounting environment, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead both the accounting function and the systems/process transformation needed to support growth.
