About the Role This role is central to executing and maintaining a high-performing compliance program under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), in close collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). 
It involves hands-on support across audits, client engagement, policy development, and daily operations, with a strong focus on identifying gaps and driving improvements. The position contributes to building a resilient compliance framework through KYC/KYB execution, policy refinement, and training initiatives. It also plays a key role in tracking program metrics, managing audit readiness, and strengthening risk management models. Clear and strategic client communication is essential, with tailored reporting that reflects nuanced compliance risks and supports informed decision-making.
