We’re looking for a Compliance Analyst to help provide oversight and reporting on Affinity’s compliance risk. Our Compliance Analyst is critical to our Risk unit, ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls that protect our members and employees.

What you’ll do:

Perform reviews to assess compliance to credit and regulatory requirements, as well as approved procedures and policies Support in meeting internal and external requirements related to credit certification and approvals Complete compliance reviews and assessments of staff members work and work unit outputs Collaborate with business units to provide solutions to potential credit risk and issues of non-compliance Evaluate compliance with internal controls and perform special investigations, including related to regulatory compliance Provide policy and procedure advice for compliance assessments, processes or reporting mechanisms

What you’ve got:

Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Intermediate knowledge of credit granting In-depth technical knowledge of compliance oversight Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, interpret and recommend innovative processes
