Job Description

Vitol is seeking a Compliance Analyst – Power Trading to join its Houston-based Trading Compliance team. This role will support the execution of the Compliance function across Vitol’s U.S. power and natural gas trading activities, with a focus on trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, monitoring, and advisory support across both physical and financial markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with commercial, operations, legal, risk, and other support teams, and will play an important role in helping ensure compliance with applicable FERC, CFTC, exchange, and other relevant regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with several years of relevant experience to deepen their expertise in U.S. energy trading and market regulation within a dynamic commercial environment.
