• JOB SUMMARY-  Audits casino records to ensure compliance with Currency Transaction (CTR), Suspicious Activity (SAR) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reporting requirements. Assists with the administration of the company’s Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Program inclusive of ensuring compliance with the CTR, SAR and KYC training requirements. Assists Regulatory Compliance Manager and company executives as-needed on regulatory compliance affairs.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY-

• Interprets the regulations and rules in the Bank Secrecy Act; and applies said rules to investigations and audits

• Takes part in the development of new procedures needed to accommodate operational and regulatory changes

• Conducts CTR. SAR and KYC audits in accordance with company policies, accurately and on a timely basis

• Prepares, edits and makes corrections/additions to the CTR files used to generate reports for regulatory agencies

• Performs compliance reviews and assessments for Suspicious Activity Reporting and Currency Transaction Reporting

• Performs secondary reviews of CTR files prepared by other team members

• Responsible for accurate investigation and completion of incomplete CTRs and SARs

• Responsible for filing of CTR and SARs documentation

• Maintains source documents in accordance with regulatory and company document retention requirements

• Leads audits that monitor transaction compliance with Federal and State Regulations

• Assists with preparation of revisions to Internal Controls for submission to regulatory agencies

• Assist independent auditors as required

• Other duties as assigned by Regulatory Compliance Manager

WHAT YOU WILL NEED-

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Excellent grammatical skills, good spelling and problem solving skills required. 

• Word processing using Microsoft Word or company select software. 

• Knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

One year Compliance or related experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS-

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes. 

GAMING

Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
