Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to ensure our operations remain at the forefront of regulatory excellence. This dual-entity role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our regulated marketplace. You will support the day-to-day operationalization of our compliance programs, ensuring strict adherence to CFTC Core Principles and FCA standards (via CoinDesk). This is a unique opportunity to work across trading, clearing, and benchmark administration in the evolving digital asset space.

DCM Operations (Designated Contract Market)

DCO Operations (Derivatives Clearing Organization)

The anticipated base salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
