SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE  The Compensation and Benefit Manager will manage health benefits, payroll, leave programs, performance, quality pay, professional development, employee events and retirement programs. This position will also perform compensation research and analysis, provide data to the Human Resources Director and college administration regarding market trends and competitiveness of salaries and benefits.
