Compensation & Benefits Analyst   POSITION SUMMARY:   The Compensation & Benefits Analyst administers and supports employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. This role supports key processes such as benefits administration, benefits education (open enrollment, new hire orientation, etc.), payroll integrations, and compensation analysis and closely works with HR, Payroll, external vendors, and employees at all levels. The Analyst also leverages data and market insights to enhance program effectiveness and ensure competitive, compliant total rewards offerings.   The position is located onsite in Norfolk, VA and will often require hours beyond a standard work week with flexible schedule availability.
