What you will do:

Working in the PGIM People Team, we are looking for a collaborative, inquisitive, and analytical professional like you to fulfill the role of Compensation Analyst within PGIM Total Rewards. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to HR data and practices across different geographies. You will help envision and create innovative solutions in support of PGIM’s dynamic business strategy with a primary focus on supporting the PGIM’s carried interest and co-investment program. Responsibilities supporting the award and investment allocation processes, governance, and participant lifecycle management across multiple funds.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $80,000 to $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. #LI-RRJ
