Responsibilities
- The compensation analyst studies and analyzes external market data and assists in preparing job descriptions.
- Participates in various compensation surveys.
- Assists in the administration of various compensation programs.
- Assists with various audits within the department.
- Assists Sr. Compensation Analyst on various projects.
Position is characterized by the ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields.
- One year experience in a Compensation or Human Resources role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and propose recommendations.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High attention to detail and accuracy, well organized.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
PREFERRED
- Prior healthcare experience.
