Take ownership. Drive financial accuracy. Help shape business decisions.
AquaSafe Pool Management is seeking an experienced Senior Company Accountant to lead our company's full accounting function. This is not an accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping role. - Perform journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, loans, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and Accounts Payable processes.
- Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with the company's external CPA firm for year-end tax preparation, audits, and financial reviews.
- Analyze financial results and communicate trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
