The Commercial Accountant position holds significant prominence within the Finance department. It plays a pivotal role in driving business success and operates under the direct supervision of the Senior Director. This role involves evaluating financial information and conducting strategic analyses and reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, and more. Its primary aim is to influence decision-making within the organization and spearhead cross-business initiatives.

Moreover, we are in search of a team player who possesses leadership experience and is prepared to assume responsibility for the position, enhance execution, and establish standardized processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Finance FP&A Lead for the company's Client business unit
- Lead core finance processes: Budgets, Long-range planning, Annual Operating Plans, intra-quarter Outlooks
- Perform financial analysis and decision analysis support for customer programs and special projects
- Provide operational finance mentorship to various teams (Corporate Financial Planning, Accounting, Sales & Regional Finance, Business Unit Operations)
- Quarterly forecasts and reforcasts
- P&L management
- Prepare and share timely, accurate financial information for planning and decision-making
- Take ownership of ongoing reports with validation and supporting documentation
- Conduct scenario analysis & planning for decision-making (e.g., pricing deals, revenue & gross margin analysis)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Offer management decision support, align with business goals, and identify major trends and issues.
Perferred Experience:
- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA
- 5 years PQE
- Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline preferred
- Validated experience, preferably in a global, fast-paced, multi-site high-tech environment
