Job Description

SOCOTEC is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead and develop a geographically distributed team of 7 collections specialists across Dallas, New York, Miami, and San Diego. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a pivotal moment for the finance function. 

The successful candidate will bring operational rigor to a large and complex receivables portfolio, define the business requirements and workflows that will shape our HighRadius implementation, oversee our trade receivables financing program, and develop a team that can scale with the business. This role reports to the CFO and will transition to reporting to the Controller as the finance function matures. It is based in Dallas, TX, which will serve as the long-term hub of the collections function.

Additional Information

Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience
