Role Description:

The Collections Analyst II is responsible for performing various functions as they pertain to the collection of delinquent water and sewer accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Key Working Relationships: Interacts with co-workers throughout the department and the Authority, other government agencies and private organizations, and with the general public.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Experience:

Three (3) years of progressive customer service experience in a creditable collection environment.

High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
