The Role:
As a Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and maintain strong client relationships. Acting as the client’s advocate within our firm, you’ll ensure their needs are met efficiently while providing management with valuable insights into the health of these relationships.
Key Responsabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through consistent communication and a proactive approach
- Understand client needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction to drive long-term retention
- Anticipate and proactively resolve potential challenges to deliver an exceptional client experienceCollaborate closely with tax and accounting teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations

- Analyze client feedback and engagement trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance service deliverySupport client onboarding and transitions, ensuring a seamless experience and setting clear expectations from the start

Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Ability to effectively assess and respond to client needs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
- Previous experience in client relations, customer success, account management, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
