Job Description:

The Client Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining all financial transactions for client commercial real estate accounts. They will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. The Client Accountant will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring that all deadlines are met. They will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

• Prepare journal entries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank accounts
• Month-end close and monthly financial statement preparation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Yardi Voyager software experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
