The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Business Applications and Legal functions. In this critical role, the leader will build and develop a team that enables efficient and credible reporting and communication of results, accurate and insightful forecasting of future business results, and seamless flow of information that enable key metrics to be derived to inform business decisions. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner and financial advisor to the CEO, the Board of Directors, and members of the senior management team to help shape the overall direction of the company. This person will employ a hands-on approach to contributing to the broader business, extending beyond financial analysis and management. You will maintain responsibility for measurement-based financial management throughout the business to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting in support of business initiatives. The CFO position reports to the CEO and directly assists on all strategic, tactical, and policy-based matters as they relate to company performance, department supervision, budgeting and control, and financial performance within the financial and accounting, legal and business systems organizations.
