We’re seeking a strategic and operationally focused CFO to help lead the next phase of growth at a growing professional services firm. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings experience in financial strategy, operational leadership, and M&A activity.

The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to oversee financial operations, improve scalability, support acquisition efforts, and help guide long-term business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead overall financial strategy and operational planning
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and business decisions
• Support M&A activity, including diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Develop financial processes and infrastructure to support scalability
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, diligence, and integration
• Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics
• Proven leadership experience within professional services or public accounting environments
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
