POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the principal executive financial officer of Native American Development Corporation (“NADC”) and maintains enterprise-wide financial leadership authority responsible for organizational financial stewardship, enterprise financial sustainability, financial governance implementation, fiscal accountability systems, strategic financial planning, operational financial integration, financial risk management, grant and funding administration oversight, and enterprise financial compliance throughout the NADC organizational structure.

The CFO is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated financial systems supporting organizational sustainability, enterprise operational effectiveness, healthcare operational accountability, subsidiary financial coordination, shared services financial administration, workforce financial planning, and long-term enterprise growth initiatives.

The CFO maintains executive accountability for ensuring enterprise financial operations remain aligned with:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Master’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Financial Management, Executive Leadership, or closely related field.
