About The Role

Hilltops Council is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its management team in Young, NSW.

Reporting to the Director Corporate & Community, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Council's finance function while helping shape the organisation's long-term financial direction.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

The Leader We're Looking For

To qualify, you will need tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline together with CPA or CA accreditation. A minimum of 5 years' local government experience in a senior finance leadership role will also be essential.

Additionally, the following skills and experience will be highly valued:
