Designated as the Social Care Network (SCN) Lead Entity for the Capital Region, Central NY, and North Country under New York’s 1115 Waiver Amendment’s SCN & Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Program, we are responsible for ensuring that there is a seamless, consistent end-to-end process for screening, navigation, and the delivery of services – including food, housing, and transportation to thousands of Medicaid Members. Who You Are 

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership team and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Healthy Alliance's finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), revenue optimization, and risk management functions. The CFO provides enterprise-wide financial leadership, ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability, stewardship, and readiness as health care financing increasingly shifts toward value-based and risk-bearing reimbursement models. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, health plans, government agencies, and community stakeholders to advance Healthy Alliance's mission and position the organization for future growth, innovation, and financial success. 

This role requires a candidate familiar with and located within Healthy Alliance’s footprint—New York’s Capital, Central, and North Country regions.
