GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a private equity-backed heavy equipment dealership in the Baltimore area (~$125M revenue) that is scaling aggressively toward $200M–$250M through both organic growth and acquisitions.

They’re building out their executive team and are looking for a hands-on, strategic CFO to help lead the next phase of growth.

What you'll own:

Finance, HR, and IT leadership
Strategic planning and decision support for ownership
Banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital structure
M&A execution and integration
Building scalable processes and infrastructure

What they're looking for:

Experience in floor plan lending / asset-based financing
Strong relationships with lenders and capital providers
M&A experience within a PE-backed environment
A leader who can operate both strategically and in the weeds

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants a true seat at the table and the ability to help scale a platform.
