Benefits: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership and oversight to ensure the organization’s fiscal health, long-term sustainability, and compliance with all applicable regulatory, contractual, and donor requirements. The CFO directs all financial operations and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors on financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, while safeguarding organizational assets and maintaining strong financial controls. This role ensures the effective stewardship of resources and aligns financial management practices with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives to support operational effectiveness, growth, and long-term impact.
