Position Overview

The company is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, strengthen reporting and forecasting, and build scalable finance infrastructure to support growth, , and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy and oversight
• Lead reporting, forecasting, and cash management
• Build scalable finance processes, controls, and infrastructure
• Partner closely with executive leadership and ownership on growth initiatives
• Support M&A evaluation, diligence, and integration
• Oversee project financial performance and operational finance
• Manage banking, audit, and external partner relationships
• Lead, develop, and structure the finance team

Qualifications

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally at the CFO or VP Finance level
• Experience in sponsor-backed, high-growth, or operationally complex environments preferred
• Strong operational finance discipline across reporting, forecasting, cash management, and controls
• M&A experience, including evaluation, diligence, and integration
• Ability to connect financial performance to real business outcomes
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build structure and lead through scale

Work Environment & Travel

Florida-based role

Tampa or Jacksonville preferred

On-site or hybrid structure

Compensation

$200K base salary + performance-based bonus + long-term incentive opportunity
