RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide account services for township and ECA accounts for various schools, including all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Reconciles statements and enters all account information for township credit card purchases for the assigned locations
- Financial reporting to building administrators of assigned locations
- Compile & prepare year-end financial reports in compliance with Indiana Code and State Board of Accounts Requirements
- Reconcile bank accounts for the assigned locations
- Implement and maintain appropriate internal accounting controls
- Assist with internal & external financial audits
- Assist with invoicing for damages and fees for the assigned locations
- Assists with other school and district business-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
- Computer experience required, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Team player, cooperative, self-starter.
- Demonstrated punctuality and good attendance.
- Ability to communicate well verbally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma required.
- School treasury experience preferred.
- Able to be bonded.
- Travel between sites would be required.
