Your Typical Day

• Master the Flow: Process and reconcile incoming cash payments (Checks, ACH, Credit Cards) across multiple sources.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all postings align perfectly with ERA and EOB data—precision is your superpower.
• Problem Solving: Channel your inner detective to identify discrepancies, resolve outstanding issues, and document exceptions.
• Collaboration: Communicate findings and reports to leadership, helping us refine our processes and stay efficient.

What You Bring to the Table

The Essentials:

• Experience: 2-3 years in AR/AP roles, OR at least 6 months specifically as a Cash Application Specialist.
• Education: High school diploma (required); college coursework in Finance or Accounting is a major plus.
• Tech Savvy: You’re a Microsoft Excel pro and feel right at home in digital workflows.
• Bonus Points: If you have experience with AdvancedMD, you’re already ahead of the curve!

• Eagle-Eyed Accuracy: You spot the "typo" in the spreadsheet before anyone else.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You thrive in a remote environment and can manage a high volume of work with minimal supervision.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change
