- Enter and maintain data with a high level of precision
- Receive, process, and track invoices
- Respond to carrier and internal inquiries regarding setup status, payment updates, and documentation requirements
- Respond to payment status inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Request and follow up on required paperwork from carriers and external partners
- Review and audit load details, ensuring accuracy across multiple systems
- Review and verify carrier documentation to ensure compliance with company and industry requirements
- Execute the full carrier onboarding process, including data entry and system setup across multiple platforms
- Audit carrier profiles for accuracy and completeness, maintaining up-to-date records
- Request, collect, and follow up on required documentation from carriers and third-party partners
- Support the sales team by following established procedures to vet potential carriers
- Manage time-sensitive communication across email, phone, and web-based platforms
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to team success, including assisting outside of core responsibilities when needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
