This team plays a key role in supporting accounting activities tied to plant operations, capital projects, general ledger processes, and month-end close. The environment is onsite, structured, and collaborative, requiring someone who can work closely with finance, operations, and project stakeholders to keep accounting processes accurate and on schedule.

Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
This is an onsite contract opportunity supporting a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role offers hands-on exposure to general ledger accounting, capital project accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting within a manufacturing-focused business environment.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Support daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and finance processes for assigned operational areas.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, invoices, and accounting documentation as part of the close process.
- Assist with capital project accounting activities, including CIP tracking and related financial follow-up.
- Develop, review, and analyze data used for management reporting, forecasts, plans, and business inquiries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting questions, process issues, and financial documentation needs.
- Support additional finance processes such as purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, check requests, and budget-related inquiries.
Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to support capital project finance operations?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Strong Excel proficiency, including confidence working with spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data.
- General ledger experience, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Capital project accounting experience, especially CIP tracking, is strongly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and other business partners.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to resolve recurring process issues in a structured finance environment.
