About the Role:

The Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) is seeking a proactive, collaborative individual with budgeting and contracting/procurement experience to fill its Budget and Procurement Program Manager position. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development for professionals who want to take the next step in their career, while also achieving work-life balance.

This position reports directly to the Chief of Administrative Services/Assistant Director and works closely with the Deputy Director and Executive Director on a variety of projects and assignments.

The ASRS has approximately $60 billion in assets under management and looks to this position for procurement and budgeting needs. Please refer to the ASRS website for additional information for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

This position offers the modern flexibility of a hybrid work environment (within Arizona), balancing remote work with regular onsite presence (minimally 2 days per week) based on business needs and sustained performance.
