BSA Compliance Analyst - Yankton    First Dakota National Bank is looking for a full-time BSA Compliance Analyst to join our Yankton team. This person will assist with the administration, planning, and management of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) activities in a manner that will contribute to the short and long-term goals of the Bank, Executive Management, and Board of Directors. This will be accomplished by creating an atmosphere enabling all employees to meet the BSA program objectives. The position is accountable to the Senior Compliance & BSA Officer, SVP Compliance & Deposits, CEO, and Board of Directors. Hours include Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.   Duties Qualifications   Attributes include a positive attitude and good work ethic. The ability to process a variety of tasks accurately and efficiently, the capability to maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail and comply with all Bank policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with various types of clientele, co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
